Virtual Field Trips

Virtual Field Trips

Virtual Field Trips  are online experiences that enhance a student's understanding of a concept or topic in an engaging way through the use of technology!  A Virtual Field Trip can include pictures, videos, interactive activities, links to various websites, and more!

Animal Web Cams

Check out this virtual field trip!  Just click on an animal that you would like to learn about and watch a few minutes of web cam footage of their lives!  This is actual real live footage of the animal in their habitat!  Mrs. West loved seeing the shark in the aquarium, the giraffes were eating hay when I saw them, the pandas were playing with the ball, and I loved seeing each animal in their habitat.  I will say that some links that worked at home are blocked here at school.  So if you come across a blocked link--you may want to try it out at home.
